Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan’s 9th State of the City Address on March 9, 2022 highlights Exygy’s partnership with the City of Detroit to increase access to Affordable Housing in the City of Detroit. We agree, with Mayor Duggan — this might be the most important progress in 2022: the City of Detroit’s first-ever Affordable Housing platform powering millions in need of affordable housing to easily apply any time, anywhere.
Here’s the other thing we are doing, and this one might be the most important. This Spring we are going to launch a new housing locator website. Right now as people in this city know, if you want to find affordable housing, it’s all over the city. You have to call each individual apartment manager, find out if there’s a vacancy, find out what the qualifications are — it’s an almost impossible task. We are creating a single site where all the affordable housing properties will be in one location. You can see the qualifications; do I have to be over 60? Do I have to be a certain income? Can I have kids on the site? You’re going to be able to see where the housing is so you can move more smoothly from one location to another.

What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
