Meet Jess! She's a talented designer, researcher, and facilitator who specializes in using participatory research and design to make a positive impact in the social sector. Her diverse educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Health and Social Work, as well as studies in Art History, Biology, Psychology, and User Experience with a UX Research specialty at the Nielsen Norman Group.
Jess's unwavering commitment to helping others is evident in all aspects of her work, which has ranged from community engagement to healthcare and education. She values building deep connections and fostering community, and her social sciences and creative background give her a unique perspective on problem-solving. Recently, she's been leading small cross-disciplinary teams to launch MVPs and prototypes through iterative user research, all with a positive and collaborative spirit.
